Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A.  There is so much more to grooming then just a bath…Experience, proper training, continuing ed, handling techniques, requirements for patience, compassion and safety..dogs are moving targets around surgically sharp tools.

Professional grooming is preventive medicine.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession.

A. How much animals have been my passion from the very beginning. There are countless pictures of me growing up with all our dogs & neighbors dogs & friends dogs..

Very thorough, always striving to be more efficient, patient, ability to handle effectively. Very challenging work. Creative. Enjoy making pets look, feel and smell wonderful while keeping them all healthy. Enjoy meeting like minded owners passionate about their dogs and helping to educate them. Finally I wish everyone knew how important it is to have a regular routine maintenance plan.
